Abstract
- The secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus isolated from animals and plants, which possess structural diversity, novel carbon skeletons and bioactivities, have been an important source of new bioactive compounds for drug screening. In this study, five known curvularin derivates including S-dehydrocurvularin (1) , 11-α-methoxycurvularin(2) , 11-β-methoxycurvularin(3) , 11-αhydroxycurvularin(4) and 11-β-hydroxycurvularin(5) were isolated from liquid culture of endophytic fungus SQ12 of Spirobolus bungii Brandt by HPTLC and HPLC preparation and identified by ESIMS and NMR technology.
