Abstract
- The article discusses the adjudication of human rights claims in unionized workplaces in Canada as of April 2013, focusing on the differences between the American and Canadian approaches to workplace human rights claims. The Supreme Court of Canada is mentioned, along with statutory human rights tribunals, arbitration, and the rights of unionized employees. The U.S. Supreme Court case Alexander v.
