Permanent Revolution: A Rejoinder.

The article presents a response to various responses presented elsewhere in the issue to the author's article "Democratic Revolution in Permanenz," which appeared in the October 2012 issue and reviewed the book "Witnesses to Permanent Revolution: The Documentary Record," by Richard Day and Daniel Gaido. It comments on Day and Gaido's response article concerning the thought of Russian revolutionary Leon Trotsky and the theory of permanent revolution. The thought of other Russian political thinkers and revolutionaries, including David Ryazanov, Georgii Plekhanov, and Vladimir Lenin, is also addressed.
