Abstract
- In this article, the author discusses his research on psychology of people about spending their time in nature. He mentions that it's essential for people to feel connected with environment as it offers several physiological and psychological health benefits including better cognitive functioning and stress reduction and informs that disconnection from the environment is detrimental for health.
