- This article reports that Mexican media baron Emilio Azcárraga Milmo is launching an all-sports tabloit newspaper in the U.S. cities of New York, Chicago, Illinois, and Los Angeles, California. The paper's toughest competition could be the nationally distributed Gannett Co. paper "USA Today".
