Abstract
- The standard procedure for making concrete test cylinders tends to bring water to the top of the cylinder. Presents experimental results to show that standard 6 x 12 in. concrete cylinders are not of uniform strength and that the top one-third is the weakest part. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
