Abstract

The article discusses recommended methods to access another user's mailbox in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2003, and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. One way to access another user's mailbox is to use delegation, which can be achieved without the involvement of an administrator. Another way is to manually add a user's Active Directory username to another user's Send on behalf permissions. A third method is to add a user's Exchange profile to another user's Windows Mail Profile.
