Abstract
- The article focuses on health claims on food in the U.S. According to the author, the view that a food label making a claim with respect to a particular disease renders the food a drug is overbroad. He says that any article meant to be used in the diagnosis, cure, treatment, or prevention of disease is a drug even if it is also a food.
