Abstract
- In this article, the authors focus on the effectiveness of the U.S. False Claims Act for controlling the conduct of U.S. government contractors. They inform that the act offers private-public civil law enforcement partnerships and lawsuits filed under the False Claims Act alert the government to fraudulent scheme. They mention that the act re-writes the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
