Abstract

In this article, the authors focus on the effectiveness of the U.S. False Claims Act for controlling the conduct of U.S. government contractors. They inform that the act offers private-public civil law enforcement partnerships and lawsuits filed under the False Claims Act alert the government to fraudulent scheme. They mention that the act re-writes the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
