Abstract
- The article discusses the importance of selective methylation of amines with carbon dioxide (CO<subscript>2</subscript>) and hydrogen (H<subscript>2</subscript>) in the construction of organic compounds in nature. It states the developments of thermodynamically stable carbon dioxide (CO<subscript>2</subscript>) molecules which formates into methanol and methane. It also emphasizes on the developments of efficient methylation methods which uses bioactive compounds to create chemicals.
