Abstract
- This article deals with the function of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and its annual budget. The CIA have been critical to the country's domestic and foreign policymakers' economic decisions. The factors contributing to the reduction levels of federal welfare expenditures. The declining state of national infrastructure and the increasing federal deficits. Issues raising the real rate of interest to high levels which contributed to the reduction in domestic private investment and to the inflow of foreign funds.
