Compliance Concerns.

The article addresses questions raised by contractors in preparing to comply with the new U.S. federal rules that encourage federal contractors to hire more veterans and people with disabilities. An overview of the objectives of the two final rules issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is presented.
