Abstract

The article discusses the role of immunoglobulin ratio in identification of monoclonal gammopathy of patients that are at high risk of progression to multiple myeloma. Topics discussed include risk factors of monoclonal gammopathy, the increase in monoclonal immunoglobulin during progression risk to multiple myeloma, and the analysis of heavy/light chain (HLC) pairs in cohort of monoclonal gammopathy patients.
