Abstract
- The article discusses the secondary listing by the Japanese retail holding company Fast Retailing Co. Ltd. in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as of March 2014. The company hopes that the listing demonstrates its commitment to Asia and improves its exposure to investors and consumers in Asia as part of its plans for international growth, particularly in China. Reports of the company's talks to buy the specialty retailer J. Crew Group Inc. are discussed.
