Abstract
- This section offers news briefs on regulations from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). A finale rule revising the greenhouse gas reporting rule (GHGRR) was released on November 29, 2013, which also established final confidentiality determinations for new or substantially revised data elements. A proposed rule on classifying and deadlines for submission of SIP submittals for nonattainment areas for the 1997 and 2006 NAAQS for fine particulate matter was released in November 2013.
