Abstract

The article discusses the case of a 54-year-old patient with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH). Aside from bipolar affective disorder, the patient reportedly have a history of urinary incontinence and short-term memory impairment. It reports results of the physical and laboratory examinations performed on the patient which include magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography scan. It also mentions the significant improvement demonstrated by the patient following surgery.
