Monoamine Oxidase-ω-Transaminase Cascade for the Deracemisation and Dealkylation of Amines.

Herein we report a one-pot protocol for the deracemisation of chiral benzylic amines employing a novel monoamine oxidase-ω-transaminase cascade, allowing access to enantiopure compounds in >99 % ee.
