Abstract

The article examines the commercial aeronautics firm Dynamic Aviation. The company's expansion from a small business engaged in crop dusting through the purchase by owner Ken Stoltzfus in the 1990s of 124 U-21 Ute military airplanes from the U.S. Army is examined. Dynamic's 21st century operations as a contractor of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) services to the U.S. are discussed.
