Abstract

The article focuses on various technical aspects of a contractor claim against the government. Topics discussed include role of contract claims against the federal government as the basis of resolution as well as litigation, importance of thorough legal research for the proper dispute resolution and jurisdictional requirements of contractor's claim under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). It also discusses the requirement of damages for claims.
