Examines the logical features of causality, a concept essential to scientific thinking, in regard to respondent and operant behaviors. Operant behavior as emitted behavior breaks with any criterion of precedent causality; Causality as functional relation; Application of the category of contingency to superstition respondent and operant conditioning.
