Abstract

The article reports that Senator Debbie Stabenow, Chairwoman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, has asked the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for more clarity on the Clean Water Act.
