Abstract

The article reports that the Mozilla Foundation announced a new data security breach in August 2014, in which e-mail addresses and encrypted passwords of thousands of users who tested early builds of the Bugzilla bug tracking software, were left on a publicly accessible server for 30 days. It says that it was the second database exposure incident involving Mozilla projects.
