The article presents the author's insights regarding the transition to electronic (e)-human resource (HR). Topics discussed include the information and benefits changes provided by the employees directly to the vendor firms, the absence of cabinet files and lesser wastebasket inside an HR department, and the meaning of e-HR which refers to the use of technology for the improvement of the productivity of every worker.
