Abstract
- The article discusses research on a school-based professional development programme in Hong Kong, China that seeks to help in-service primary school teachers improve their English writing instruction in the English as a second language (L2) classes they teach. Topics discussed include the teaching of process writing, the benefits of school-based trainings due to busy teacher schedules, and workshops that are administered by the Hong Kong Education Bureau (EDB).
