Discussing of soybean protein composite fiber bleaching and black dyeing process.

This paper introduces the bleaching and black dyeing process of soybean protein composite fiber. Through the contrast test to choose the suitable bleaching and black dyeing process. Use double oxidation-reduction bleaching process to bleach. The black dyeing process is to select the combination of the HUNTSMAN cotton reactive super black G and super black R and wool reactive Unisol black CQ. Adopt the high temperature of 95°C dyeing process by sodium sulphate dyeing and soda solid color. Bleaching and black dyeing effect is desired and the technical problem of the soybean protein composite fiber being hard to be bleached and black dyed has been successfully resolved.
