Guidelines for the development and implementation training profile «cyber security» in Ukraine.

The development of information and communication technologies has caused profound systemic changes in the information space and cyberspace. Cyberspace, by virtue of their nature, creates new threats and challenges for information security professionals. Traditional information security professionals face new specific tasks that require them to new knowledge and skills. In view of this, the paper to meet the needs of law enforcement agencies, as well as industrial and banking professionals in Ukraine capable of detecting signs and actively counteract cybernetic an outside influence, the authors suggest an approach to the introduction of higher education in Ukraine learning profile «cyber security».
