Abstract
- The article presents the 7th annual report results concerning the implementation of the U.S. National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP) on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) practice in the U.S. The report details the NEPA submittals and environmental statistics, NEPA process litigations and procedures and state compliance. The report also reviews environmental activities of the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) in 2013.
