Monogermanes GeH and GeH of high isotopic and chemical purity.

The article discusses the study on the synthesis of monoisotopic ⁷³GeH₄ and ⁷⁴GeH₄ monogermanes with ≈99.9 percent isotope and chemical compounds' chemical elements of 10^–5 mol %. The study involves monogermanes synthesis featuring their quantification of impurity composition and deep purification. Result shows that the content of impurities in the monogermanes does not surpass to 10^–5 mol %.
