Establishing the correlation between statins and cough: case series report and analysis of adverse drug reactions in the international databases.

The article reports on research which was conducted to investigate the correlation between statins and cough in the absence of lung injury. Researchers evaluated 905 cases of cough possibly induced by statins. They found that all varieties of statins can indeed induce cough in patients with no apparent lung injury.
