Abstract
- Post-traumatic complex regional pain syndrome type 1 (CRPS1) is uncommon and can cause the disability of patients. Complex dislocation of the metacarpophalangeal joint on the little finger due to interposition of the sesamoid bone is rare and was firstly reported by Pribyl.1 We reported a rare case of CRPS1 after surgery of complex metacarpophalangeal dislocation of the little finger.
