SAE and IEEE join forces to explore potential IoT standards.

Information about architectural framework for Internet of Things (IOT) discussed at a workshop organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) held on May 7, 2015 is presented. Topics discussed include overview of IEEE P2413 and projects of SAE, information on the aspects of IOT given by Bryant Walker Smith, assistant professor at University of South Carolina Law School, and efforts to develop technologies for automobiles.
