Abstract
- The article discusses research which examined the effect of material behavior of polyurethane foam (PUF) on the fluid structure interaction-induced dynamic response in membrane type liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo containment system (CCS). Topics discussed include the dynamic behavior of the PUF under the impact load and the dynamic response of CCS in the wet drop tests.
