Abstract

An essay is presented on the federal aid to the expansion of foreign study programs in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries. It mentions the history of the federal legislation in relation to higher education and highlights the role of the federal government in developing formal area study and foreign studies in MENA. The author also discusses the factors on the development of foreign study programs on the regions educational growth.
