Abstract
- The article focuses on the success of the family-owned dairy farm owned by couple Tim and Megan Parsons in Canterbury, New Zealand. It provides overview of the couple's strategy in surviving the curve ball in the operation through the help of their clearly-defined governance and management techniques in day-to-day operation. It also provides brief information of the financial performance and productivity of the farm.
