Abstract

Presents information on a study providing an semianalytical retrieval of shallow-water bathymetry and the optical properties of the water column using hyperspectral remote sensing. Reference to the Hydrolight radiative transfer numerical model; Development of the analytical formula for the remote sensing reflectance for homogeneous waters; Speed of Hydrolight compared to Monte Carlo simulation.
