Teaching Excellence Framework: a critical response and an alternative future.

The author discusses aspects of the legislation on higher education and also focusses on teaching framework in Great Britain. He is critical of the legislation which is to be drafted by the parliament. Efforts to bring educational reforms and establishing co-operatve universities are also discussed.
