COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF TOOLS FOR NAO ROBOT DYNAMICS SIMULATION WITHIN THE VIPRO PLATFORM.

In this paper we analyze and compare several tools of robot simulation. The conducted analysis is aimed to provide a background for choosing the right simulation tool to be integrated into the VIPRO platform which is needed for virtual testing and simulation of the NAO robot. The dynamic simulations required to proper test the behavior of the robot must be made in a high fidelity environment. The results obtained from the analysis have provided not only the means to choose the best tool for the required virtual specifications of VIPRO platform but also a list of tools which a researcher can use according to his needs.
