INFRASTRUCTURE AS AN INTERNAL TOOL TO INCREASE COMPETITIVENESS OF REGIONS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC CRISIS.

In article are considered decrease in risks in progress of region in conditions of an economic crisis through development of strategic plans. It is offered to make use of the Soviet scientific experience for the decision of the given question in the field of development of plans in view of principles of objectivity, an openness and flexibility. By results of researches the conclusion that through improvement of quality of the public blessings - infrastructures - will lead to stimulation of progress of region and as consequence of competitiveness of region is done. For improvement of quality of the public blessings active involving various task forces of a society in process of creation of an infrastructure for faster is necessary for adaptation of economy of region to the processes, connected with an economic crisis.
