Abstract
- In an aqueous dispersion of a novel polymerizable amphiphile containing hydrolyzable linkages, spherical or tubular giant vesicles were formed after the polymerization reaction, even though the hydrolysis of the amphiphile also occurred. This is probably due to the stabilization of the membrane structure composed of various amphiphiles, produced through the polymerization of the amphiphile. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
