Abstract
- The article offers information on the 10-year grace period in the Healthy Rivers Plan Change in Waikato Regional Council in New Zealand in 2017. The plan provides dairy farmers the chance to first understand and make alterations to lessen the environmental impact from their businesses. The Plan Change 1 aims to lessen discharges of nitrogen, microbial pathogens, sediment and phosphorus to improve water quality by 10%.
