Communication: Up, Down, and Sideways.

The article focuses on the initiatives of the Georgia's camp program organizer Camp Twin Lakes for the development of face to face communication skills. Particular focus is given to the the training of the camp staffs with the campers, communication pipeline model of the North Carolina's Gwynn Valley Camp member Maggie Howe, and communication with the camp directors/leaders. Methods adopted by the Texas' Camp Champions for developing communication skills are also discussed.
