The catch of the day is the broadcast premiere of the documentary "Jane," at 8 p.m. on the National Geographic and Nat Geo Wild Channels, commercial-free. Brett Morgen's film, augmented by a score by Philip Glass, focuses on Jane Goodall, beginning with her first experiences in Tanzania in the 1960s. Her future husband, Hugo van Lawick, shot film of those early visits and the film was only recently discovered in a storage unit.
