The article focuses on the abortion laws followed in Argentina and El Salvador which impact public health negatively. It talks about the bill to legalize abortion was rejected by the government in Argentina. It tells about illegal abortions being the cause to rising deaths in women along with decreased mortality. It speaks about the bill making abortion legal and available in private and public hospital.
