The article presents a scientific investigation of an ancient Egyptian mummified head having the view to produce a facial reconstruction conducted by Dr. Ryan Jefferies, curator of the Harry Brookes Allens Anatomy and Pathology Museum at the University of Melbourne Australia, an a team of experts in 2018. It mentions that it is possible that collector Frederic Woods Jones bought the mummified head more than one hundred years ago when trade in human remains was common.
