The author expresses some criticism about the first actions of the new government about Cultural heritage. After that, he examines critically the missed opportunities of the previous governments to realise a reforming action whose goals were shareable, at least on paper. According to him, all the evils of this sector are a result of the same choices which led to the constitution of the Ministry of Cultural heritage.
