Abstract: Key Takeaways: Through sound meter‐testing methods, water utilities can better determine a meter's accuracy in measuring flow. In the interest of providing guidance to water utilities, a recent study was conducted to observe the ability of 12 utilities to accurately test meters, especially at low flow rates.
