Abstract
- The article focuses on the specialized visual supports that are used by students in the classroom. Topics covered include the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), which calls for the implementation of supplementary aids and supports for students within their Individualized Education Program (IEP), and the concept of visual scaffolds, which have been shown to be successful for all students.
