Abstract

The article highlights the divide between army recruits majorly, children of military personnel and normal citizens. Topics include increase in number of military families who come from states and counties in the South; recruitment of children of old recruits; and the widening gap that risks the ability to recruit the number of quality youth with the needed skill sets in the military service.
