Mechanism Innovation of China's Sports Industry Targeted Poverty Alleviation: From "Helping Poverty Alleviation" to "Preventing Return to Poverty".

The completion of the comprehensive poverty alleviation work in 2020 is facing the huge challenge of returning to poverty. The emergence of uncertainty return to poverty will cause historic problems after the poverty alleviation. By using the literature review and logical analysis, this paper discusses the contents and ideas of sports industry helping poverty alleviation and preventing poverty return during the decisive period of poverty alleviation in China. The results show that in the past five years, the sports industry has completed the task of promoting the individual value of citizens based on the interests of the people, the policy-oriented fundamental measures to stimulate the endogenous power, the exogenous input of the sports industry as the fundamental hematopoietic mechanism, and the comprehensive support for poverty alleviation work with the sustained supply of sports industry as the driving force. The research suggests that in the actual work of preventing the return to poverty, the sports industry should base on the industrial support mode for mechanism innovation: from high-speed growth to medium and high-speed growth; from quantity expansion to quality improvement; from investment driven to factor driven; from system guarantee to precision guarantee.
