A review of carbon neutrality assisted by power systems.

The research of carbon neutrality is summarized in this paper. First, the general concept of carbon neutrality is described. Then, the impact of carbon neutrality on energy and electric power industry is introduced. Finally, this paper introduces the solution of the new power system to achieve the objective of carbon neutrality, from the perspective of power system.
